KB´s single-wall flue-gas system is simple and safe to assemble. It excels by its accuracy of fit in operating areas which are dry and insensitive to moisture; no extra seal or adhesive tape is required either.

An extra, internally situated seal is only required for the useful output of heat under over-pressure in vertical construction.

The connecting conduit in the horizontal area and for projections is additionally secured with an adhesive tape which is easy to fit.

Pipes and shaped parts are machined by means of computer-controlled laser-plasma fabrication.

High-quality materials and low dead weight, as well as a material that is made from stainless steel with molybdenum and titanium of the 4571-4404 quality with thicknesses of material ranging from 0.6 mm to 1 mm, guarantee a reliable and durable solution for KB´s flue-gas systems.

It is therefore usable universally in the diameters ranging from 80 mm to 600 mm, without thermal insulation, for:

• all regulated firing installations up to 600°C
• dry operation
• oil and gas up to 600°C
• operation that is sensitive to moisture
• negative-pressure operation
• condensing boiler installations up to 200°C

All parts are regularly checked for quality and condition by the MPA (Materials Testing Agency in Dortmund): once again, this additionally guarantees a high-quality of materials and machining by the firm of KB.

Single-wall flexible pipe is the ideal solution for renovating corbelled and razed chimneys. The double-skin stainless steel pipe can be used with or without an insulating casing in the FU area, as well as in the useful output of heat under overpressure. Junctions from rigid to flexible, as well as from flexible to rigid, guarantee easy assembly.

It can be supplied in the diameters ranging from 80 mm to 600 mm.
