The KB lightweight chimney system is licensed for all types of operation.

The inner skin conducting the smoke gas consists of pipes and shaped parts made from stainless steel of 4571 /4404 quality, with a material thickness of 0.6 mm. The outer skin consists of calcium-silicate slabs that are 60 mm thick.

The KB LB primarily excels by its very low dead weight because no extra thermal insulation is required despite the highest insulating values. It fulfils all L 90 requirements and it can therefore be erected individually outside and inside buildings.

The basic set with an erected height of 1.5 m is offered as the basic element.

It has the following content:

• a prefabricated base (condensate layer and cleaning opening with a stainless steel door),
• a 90° connection; connecting piece with a socket end,
• a distance piece; stainless steel head cover and adhesive.

Extensions: 1 m, ½ m, ⅓ m, ¼ m.

All elements are bonded with a special adhesive and they can be placed on top of each other unproblematically.

There is also a free choice for the external design. We offer you different possibilities in this case: cowls in stainless steel or copper for example, as well as in all RAL colours.
