KB´s double-wall chimney flue-gas system is certified with the CE identification mark of 0432-BPR-119947.

It is therefore suitable for all:

• regulated firing installations in dry conditions,
• as well as for oil-firing and gas-firing installations in operations which are insensitive to moisture,
• licensed in negative-pressure and over-pressure (with an internally situated seal).

The KB DW system can thus be used with individually adapted diameters and dimensions internally and externally in every firing installation and in all constructional conditions.

As with the single-wall systems, only high-quality molybdenum and titanium are machined in this case too. The inner skin is made from the 4571/4404 material and the outer skin is fabricated from the 4301 material.

It is available in the diameters ranging from 113 mm to 600 mm.

The KB DW flue-gas system consists of a freely expanding inner skin, a 30 mm layer of thermal insulation and a load-bearing outer skin made from stainless steel. In addition, our system is highly heat-resistant and tested with a burn-out value of 1,000°C.

Every spigot-and-socket joint is fitted with an extra capillary barrier: this prevents the entry of moisture.

All elements are very convenient to assemble; they can be installed unproblematically with an adhesive tape and erected up to a freely projecting height of 3 m, with a wall spacing of only 50 mm from the combustible materials. There is back-ventilation in the horizontal position.

Our KB DW system can be supplied in all conventional RAL colours and in a matt version, as well as with a copper outer skin too.
